RETURNS

Strikestore mean to give complete satisfaction to the customers, offering the possibility to return one or more items and receive a total refound. The returns must take place at the expense and responsibility of the Customer, within 14 days from the delivery date and only when the items returned are intact and never been used.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To make one or more returns, the Customer must respect specific conditions:

1)  Do not remove, damage or cut any tags and safety seal from the goods.

2) The parcel has to be sent within 14 days from the date of receiving

3) The return shipping cost and any possible warehousing are at your charge (for extra EU returns the customer will have to support all shipping cost and custom duties).

4) Send an email to info@strikestore.eu mentioning the order number and the motivation of your return: you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours from our staff.

5) The refund will be processed only after we have received the parcel and it will not include any shipping costs.

6) You can choose any courier service, national postal service included.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

In case you want to exchange your purchase with a different item or size, you must place a new order, pay for it regularly, and follow the return instructions above for the item you want to send back.
